Photos: Egypt sends 187th ‘Zad Al-Izzah’ aid convoy to Gaza

CAIRO – 3 May 2026: The Egyptian Red Crescent (ERC) on Sunday dispatched its 187th “Zad Al-Izzah: From Egypt to Gaza” aid convoy, sending 3,725 tons of humanitarian assistance.

The shipment included food parcels, flour, medical supplies, relief items and fuel to help operate hospitals and critical facilities.

 

It also provided essential needs such as clothing, blankets, tarpaulins and tents to shelter those affected.

The ERC said it continues to deliver aid to Gaza, with total assistance exceeding 950,000 tons, supported by more than 65,000 volunteers.
